Boyard compressors primarily serve two major markets. One major market is air-conditioning compressors, including RV, Truck, Marine, WHSP application. The other major market is refrigeration, including commercial cabinets and mobile refrigeration.

A condensing unit is an integrated refrigeration assembly consisting of one or more refrigeration compressors, condensers and necessary auxiliary components. The evaporator and throttling device are not included.

Yes. Customization is one of Boyard’s key capabilities. With strong engineering expertise and laboratory resources, Boyard provides flexible and efficient customized compressor and condensing unit solutions while maintaining high standards of reliability and quality. Boyard is committed to developing tailored compressor and condensing unit solutions in close collaboration with our strategic customers.

Yes, all customization need company approval and normally we customize at minimum yearly volume is 3000pcs. It depends on the customization complexity and market potential.

Development fees depend on the complexity of the project and the level of engineering investment required. Specific arrangements can be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.

For external modifications, samples can generally be provided within approximately two weeks. Customization involving internal component changes is subject to Boyang’s engineering and quality procedures based on IATF 16949 principles. Such projects typically require 1–3 months to prepare the first sample, followed by additional testing, including accelerated life testing, for validation.

Boyard can customize condensing unit according to specific customer requirements and can also provide complete refrigeration system solutions.

Boyard has obtained 35 authorized patents, including 7 invention patents and 29 utility model patents.
Besides, Boyard became the a national research center in 2016 and has participated in the development of Chinese national standards for rotary refrigeration compressors.

Boyard’s engineering team consists of 15 design engineers, 5 laboratory engineers and 3 technicians.

Boyard utilizes engineering software covering five key areas: Structural simulation, Lubrication analysis, Flow field analysis, Oil circuit simulation and Design simulation.
