Review draft design with customers, collect feedback and adjust the solution iteratively. Optimize structure, performance or cost parameters until the design fully meets customer’s requirements and is technically viable.

Manufacture functional prototype according to the finalized design drawings. Conduct bench assembly and preliminary internal tests to verify mechanical structure and core performance.

Complete formal sample fabrication within 40 days after design confirmation. Carry out full performance testing before delivery to ensure samples match approved specifications for customer validation.

Implement strict inspection and test procedures covering material check, dimensional measurement, performance verification and durability screening. All test records are archived for traceability.

After customer sample approval, launch standardized mass production. Apply consistent production control and quality monitoring to guarantee stable product performance and on-time delivery.
